Where is my tracking number?

If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This can take 1-3 business days depending on how your order will be delivered.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day you place your order.

My order has arrived damaged or faulty!

Sorry your order hasn't arrived as it should have. Please get in touch using the contact us button below so that we can assist you further.

To speed up the process make sure you include:

i) Your order numberYour full name ii) and email addressDetails of the iii) missing or damaged products

v) A photo of any damaged items

Can I change or update my online order?

We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed you can immediately contact us using either the chat widget below or by phone (during business hours), This can only be done if the order is not yet on its way to you. Emails and contact forms don't get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please contact us via chat or call!
